About Raya

Raya Yeary received her certification in permanent cosmetics, areola and scar camouflage tattooing from the Beau Institute  in 2011 and 2012, as well as a BFA degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in1991.

She is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. She is backed by her experience as a professional tattoo artist since 1996.

Raya approaches each procedure or project with an artistic eye and compassionate ear, so she can best help her clients achieve satisfaction with what they have chosen to do.

Raya’s main goals are to make sure the client is comfortable and the whole process easy to understand.

She offers her services at a location where she knows her clients will have privacy and a clean, professional environment. Now inside her new studio Talon Studio.

Raya is a native of Maryland, growing up in Rockville, MD. She has lived, worked and traveled throughout the states until coming back home in 2004, meeting her husband and becoming a mother in 2009.
