In all services, our goal is to work with clients to bring out their natural beauty and unique style.  Raya uses the Nouveau Contour machine which is state-of-the-art equipment in the permanent cosmetic field. Raya performs topical numbing in order to ensure the most precise, painless, and pleasant experience possible.

Safety

All needles are pre-sterilized for single use only, as are the pigments and any items used for the procedure, the pigments used are different from regular tattoo inks. They are iron oxide, MRI safe and, made specifically to be used on the face. Regular tattoo ink, if used on the face, will spread or migrate.

Sittings

All procedures offered by Permanent Cosmetics by Raya are performed in two sittings, both of which are included in the price of the service. (Areola and Scar Camouflage are priced at time of consultation and may take more than two sittings).

The second sitting allows for any modifications to be made to the color or shape of the procedure, if necessary. Though permanent, procedures do change over time, especially with sun exposure. They will fade. Depending on the client’s preferences, I suggest that procedures have color refreshing done as maintenance.

Service Pricing

Eyebrows – $500
Price includes one follow up appointment (after initial 4 weeks healing)

Eyeliner – $300 top only, $200 bottom only, $500 top and bottom
Prices include one follow up appointment (after initial 4 week healing)

Lips – $300 liner only, $500 liner and shading (good for thin lips, allowing for natural color to act as highlight), $600 liner and full color (good for larger lips)
Prices include one follow up appointment (after 6 weeks initial healing)

Touch up – $75 after six months, $150-$300 after one year
Touch ups are priced according to how much time has passed after the procedure and follow up appointment. Any touch ups after 1 year is considered refreshing.  The price after one year is dependent on what is needed. 

Scar Camouflage – $200 per hour
Requires a consultation appointment to assess the amount of time needed.

Areola Complex – $350 unilateral, $700 bilateral
Price includes one touch up appointment after initial healing of 6 weeks.
