Raya is very kind and accommodating! Her shop is clean and professional, plus super fun to look around in. She is a talented tattoo artist that made me feel comfortable despite being scared and sensitive to pain. Her work is spot on to the drawing I provided her with and I am very happy with the tattoo she gave me! ♡ not to mention I just walked in to chat with her and I was able to get my tattoo done almost immediately. While that isn’t always the case I’m sure, I was just very satisfied with the timely nature of her business.

Not only did I get a fantastic tattoo, but I had a pleasant time chatting with Raya and looking around at the creative items for sale in the shop.

Over the past year Raya has tattooed an entire sleeve on my right arm and two additional tattoos. Raya isn’t just a tattooist that does exceptional work, but she’s become a part of our family. I’ve spent so much time with Raya that I’ve gotten to know her family and it’s always a treat to hear what has been going on in her life.

For me her studio feels like home and the art that covers the walls is a testament to her skill and talent. During one of our sessions we talked a little about how the best tattoos are those where the artist is allowed to let their creativity flow. I give her images that speak to me and she puts them together and just runs with it. There’s no set plan, but a road paved with her creativity.

I respect her opinion and know that she won’t lead me in the wrong direction. My skin is no longer a blank canvas, but has transformed in to a work of art. I am thankful that I saw the article in the Herald Mail about her shop or I’d be traveling a much different path. One of my favorite things is when she’s tattooing and gets this look, followed by the words “I was thinking.” I know it means that even more beauty is about to grace my skin.

Raya will be inking many more tattoos on my body and I can’t wait. I also have her art work scattered throughout my home. To say I would highly recommend her would be putting it mildly.

I had recently got my Elephant with a rainbow and ladybug. It’s very meaningful and touching to me. When she did my tattoo it literally put me in tears and it felt so alive! I’m very impressed and happy with it. It’s healing very well as well!

Having Raya do my permanent cosmetic eyebrows what is the best choice I made! People literally have to touch my eyebrows to tell that they were tattooed because they look so realistic.

I would do it again in a heartbeat and would recommend her talent to anybody with no hesitation whatsoever. If you’ve been thinking about it this is the lady to do it. She consulted on every step from helping to select a color to working with the shape, etc. The best choice. So happy!
